If you are a parent or legal guardian and your child (aged 13-18) has purchased or accessed our Services, you agree to these Terms on their behalf and accept full responsibility for their use of our Services.

You are responsible for monitoring your child’s use of our Services, including any community spaces (such as Telegram groups), to ensure they comply with these Terms and our community guidelines.

4. Accounts & Access

When you purchase our Course, you will receive login credentials to access course content, Maya Tools, and the Prompt Library.

Access is valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Your account is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials with others is strictly prohibited.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

We reserve the right to suspend access if we detect unauthorized sharing or misuse.

5. License & Usage Rights

Upon purchase, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our content for your own learning and commercial content creation.

You may:

Watch all course videos and access materials for personal learning

Use the prompts and Maya Tools to create content for yourself or paying clients

Apply the techniques taught in your own business, freelance work, or YouTube channels

You may NOT:

Resell, repackage, or redistribute our course content, prompts, or tools

Share your account access with others

Reproduce course videos, Maya Tools, or the Prompt Library for public distribution

Claim authorship of the underlying course material

In short: Use what you learn to build your own success. Don’t share or resell the course itself. The knowledge is yours to apply — the course content is ours to protect.

6. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise

Payment is processed through secure third-party gateways (currently Instamojo)

We reserve the right to change prices for future offerings, but price changes do not affect existing customers

You agree to the payment processor’s terms in addition to ours

7. No Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our products (instant access to videos, tools, and prompts), all sales are final and non-refundable once access is granted. Please review our complete Refund Policy before purchasing.

8. Course Updates

We continuously update the Course, Maya Tools, and Prompt Library as AI technology evolves. Updates are included in your access period at no additional cost. We may modify, replace, or remove content at any time to maintain quality.

9. Community & Support

When participating in Telegram groups, live Q&A sessions, or community spaces, you agree to:

Treat mentors, staff, and fellow students with respect

Refrain from spam, promotions, or unrelated commercial activity

Maintain confidentiality of any proprietary course content shared in community spaces

Follow community guidelines as posted

We reserve the right to remove users who violate these rules without refund.

10. Intellectual Property

All content within our Course, Maya Tools, and Prompt Library — including videos, text, graphics, code, prompts, designs, and software — is the intellectual property of Enshoot Studio and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

The Enshoot name, logo, and brand marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without written permission.

11. Earnings & Results Disclaimer

Any income figures, success stories, or testimonials shown on our website or in course materials are illustrative examples. Individual results vary based on effort, skill, market conditions, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee any specific income or business outcome from taking this Course.

12. Third-Party Tools

The Course teaches the use of various third-party AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, Sora, Veo, Flux, Claude, etc.). These tools are operated by their respective companies and subject to their own terms and pricing. We are not responsible for changes to or discontinuation of any third-party tool.

13. Disclaimers

Our Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.

14. Limitation of Liability
